Course Content

Course topics include the following:

  • Importance of management involvement in loss control programs
  • Principles of effective management
  • Systems for effective management control of loss

You will learn how managers shape and reflect the commitment of an organization towards safety and loss control, and why their buy-in is critical to the process. You will also cover the application of effective management principles to health and safety and how to measure health and safety management performance.

Loss control relies on effective systems of implementation and execution. A mere “safety system” isn’t enough. Loss control encompasses far more than only safety, and you will learn these components.
