Part of SCS’s Det Norske Veritas practical leadership skills training program, this group risk assessment course focuses on teaching you the skills and knowledge for the development of group risk assessment techniques and their value within the context of a professional-grade loss control system.
Course Content
Course topics include the following:
- Effective semi-quantitative (group) risk assessment techniques
- Practical components of the group risk assessment process
You will learn the techniques that are proven to work, and how they are implemented to be as quantitative as possible. You will also cover the forms and documentation that can be used to make a group risk assessment session more effective and efficient.

Prerequisites and PPE
You don’t need to complete any other courses or have any prior experience to enroll in this course. However, this course is recommended for staff in a supervisory or management role. You also don’t need to bring along any personal protective equipment (PPE).
